Rent itself varies by floor plan, floor, and move-in date; live pricing for every available residence is always on the Available Units page, synced from our leasing system.

Application Fee
Each unit’s listing shows its own application fee — currently $60 per application. The exact fee is displayed on the unit’s secure online application before you pay anything.
Administration Fee & Deposit
The non-refundable administration fee is $500 per apartment. It is fully refunded if your application is denied, but retained if you choose to cancel.
Exhibit does not currently collect a security deposit.

Each home carries a monthly Utility & Service Amenity fee covering water, sewer, trash, heat, air conditioning, and natural gas for cooking and the clothes dryer:

Electricity is billed to the resident directly by ComEd. Internet is separate from the utility bundle. Zentro internet is active at Exhibit, with 2 Gig symmetrical download and upload delivered through a hot jack in each apartment. Residents bring their own Wi-Fi router. For new leases, internet costs $75/month for studios and convertibles, $85/month for one-bedrooms, and $95/month for two- and three-bedrooms. For existing leases, the standard charge is $75/month; it may be reduced to match the resident's documented existing service cost, with a $45/month minimum.
