Beyond monthly rent, Exhibit On Superior charges a per-application fee (shown on each unit’s listing), a $500 non-refundable administration fee per apartment, and a monthly Utility & Service Amenity fee of $95–$195 by floor plan covering water, sewer, trash, heat, air conditioning, and natural gas for cooking and the dryer. There is no security deposit. Electricity is billed directly by ComEd. Garage parking is $335/month and on-site storage is $25/month.

Application Fee

Each unit’s listing shows its own application fee — currently $60 per application. The exact fee is displayed on the unit’s secure online application before you pay anything.

Administration Fee & Deposit

The non-refundable administration fee is $500 per apartment. It is fully refunded if your application is denied, but retained if you choose to cancel.

Exhibit does not currently collect a security deposit.

Utilities & Service Amenity Bundle

Each home carries a monthly Utility & Service Amenity fee covering water, sewer, trash, heat, air conditioning, and natural gas for cooking and the clothes dryer:

Pet Fees
