Symmetrical service means upload speed matches download speed, so the Zentro connection sends data as fast as it receives it. That balance helps video calls, cloud backups, and large file transfers that many providers slow on the upload side.
At 2 Gig symmetrical, the service supports households with several connected people and devices at once. The hot jack provides the wired handoff inside the home; the resident-owned router distributes that connection over Wi-Fi to phones, computers, televisions, and other wireless devices.
