The monthly Utility & Service Amenity fee at Exhibit On Superior is $95 for studios and junior convertibles, $105 for convertibles, $115 for one-bedrooms, $125 for two-bedroom/one-bath, $150 for two-bedroom/two-bath, $165 for two-bedroom plus den, and $195 for three-bedroom/three-bath homes. It covers water, sewer, trash, heat, A/C, and natural gas for cooking and the dryer; electricity is billed separately by ComEd.

Studio (448–484 sq ft) and Jr. Convertible (450–478 sq ft): $95. Convertible (554 sq ft): $105. One-bedroom (619–768 sq ft): $115.

Why the fee scales with the home
The fee rises with square footage because larger apartments use more heat, air conditioning, water, and gas across the covered utilities. A studio at $95 and a three-bedroom penthouse at $195 mark the two ends of the range.
Every tier covers the same set of services: water, sewer, trash, heat, air conditioning, and natural gas for cooking and the clothes dryer. Only the flat monthly amount changes with the floor plan, not the list of what is included.

Is the fee the same on every floor?
Yes. Two apartments with the same floor plan carry the same Utility & Service Amenity fee even if one sits on a low floor and the other on the 30–34 penthouse levels. The fee is a function of the plan, not the view.
