What are the pet fees at Exhibit On Superior?

One-time, not recurring

The pet fee is charged once and is not refundable. There is no ongoing pet rent, which keeps monthly costs lower than buildings that add per-pet rent.

A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per apartment, and all pets must be registered with management.

Fees by pet type

For dogs, the one-time fee is $650 for a single dog or $750 for two dogs, up to a two-dog maximum. For cats, the one-time fee is $325, up to a two-cat maximum.

A household with one dog and one cat pays $650 plus $325 rather than the two-dog rate, since the fee tracks the type and number of pets you bring.

What the fee does not include

There is no refundable pet deposit and no monthly pet rent, so the pet fee is the only pet-specific charge at move-in. It is separate from the $60 application fee and the $500 administration fee that apply to the lease itself.

Breed restrictions apply for dogs and there are no weight limits, so confirm the current restricted-breed list with a leasing consultant before applying.

What your pets get on-site

The one-time fee comes with access to the building’s pet amenities: a doggie spa and lounge inside the building and a gated outdoor dog walk on the full-floor amenity deck.

Nearby, Ohio Place Dog Park (about 0.3 miles) and Larrabee Dog Park (about 0.5 miles) give dogs off-leash room within about a half mile of the building.

All pets must be registered with management before move-in, and dog owners must acknowledge the Dog Rider before their application is approved.
