What are the pet fees at Exhibit On Superior?

Exhibit On Superior charges a one-time, non-refundable pet fee: $650 for one dog or $750 for two dogs (two-dog maximum), and $325 for cats (two-cat maximum). There is no refundable pet deposit and no monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions apply for dogs; see a leasing consultant for details.
The pet fee is charged once and is not refundable. There is no ongoing pet rent, which keeps monthly costs lower than buildings that add per-pet rent.
A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per apartment, and all pets must be registered with management.
