Yes. Exhibit On Superior allows dogs, up to a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $650 for one dog or $750 for two dogs, with no pet deposit, no monthly pet rent, and no weight limits. Breed restrictions apply, so see a leasing consultant for details. Dog owners must acknowledge the Dog Rider before approval.
Dog amenities
Dog owners have a doggie spa and lounge inside the building and a gated outdoor dog walk. Ohio Place Dog Park (about 0.3 miles) and Larrabee Dog Park (about 0.5 miles) are nearby.
All pets must be registered with management, and dog owners must acknowledge the Dog Rider before their application is approved.
