Does Exhibit On Superior have pet breed or weight restrictions?
Reviewed by the Exhibit On Superior leasing team · Updated
Answer
Exhibit On Superior has no weight limits for pets. Breed restrictions do apply for dogs, but the specific restricted-breed list is confirmed by the leasing office rather than published. Before applying, please see a leasing consultant for current details, or contact the team at exhibit@highlandptrs.com or 312-450-0635.
No weight limits
There is no weight cap, so size alone is not a barrier to bringing a dog. Large-breed dogs are welcome as long as they are not on the restricted list.
Because the restricted-breed list can change, the leasing office is the source of truth. Dog owners must also acknowledge the Dog Rider before approval.
How breed rules are confirmed
The building does not publish its restricted-breed list, so the reliable step is to review it with a leasing consultant before you apply and pay any fees. This avoids surprises during application review.
Every pet must also be registered with management before move-in, and the two-pet maximum applies across cats and dogs combined.
Do these rules apply to cats?
Breed restrictions apply only to dogs, not cats. Cats have no breed or weight rules and carry a one-time fee of $325, up to a two-cat maximum.
For dogs, the one-time fee is $650 for one or $750 for two, with no deposit and no monthly pet rent.
Amenities for larger dogs
Since there is no weight cap, larger dogs are welcome and can use the same on-site amenities as any pet: a doggie spa and lounge inside the building and a gated outdoor dog walk.
For longer runs, Ohio Place Dog Park is about 0.3 miles away and Larrabee Dog Park is about 0.5 miles away, both an easy walk in the compact River North grid.
The two-pet maximum applies across cats and dogs combined, so a household can keep two dogs of any size as long as neither is a restricted breed.
