How many pets can I have at Exhibit On Superior?

Answer
Exhibit On Superior allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment, whether cats, dogs, or a combination. All pets must be registered with management, and dog owners must acknowledge the Dog Rider before their application is approved. How the two-pet cap works
The 2-pet limit is a combined total, so two dogs, two cats, or one of each all fit within the cap. The rule counts pets rather than species, so a mix is fine as long as it stays at two.
Registration with management is required for every pet before move-in, and dog owners must also acknowledge the Dog Rider before approval.
Fees for two pets
Fees are one-time and non-refundable: $650 for one dog, $750 for two dogs, and $325 for cats. A household with one dog and one cat pays $650 plus $325 rather than the two-dog rate.
There is no refundable pet deposit and no monthly pet rent, so bringing the maximum of two pets does not add a recurring charge to your rent.
Any size or breed limits?
There are no weight limits for pets, so size is not a barrier within the two-pet cap. Breed restrictions apply to dogs, and the current list is confirmed by the leasing office.
Pet owners share the building’s doggie spa, lounge, and gated outdoor dog walk, with two off-leash dog parks within about a half mile.
Steps before move-in
Register each pet with management before move-in so the building’s records are complete. Dog owners must also acknowledge the Dog Rider as part of getting an application approved.
Confirm the restricted-breed list with a leasing consultant first, since it is not published and can change over time.
Because pet fees are one-time rather than recurring, bringing the full two pets adds no monthly charge beyond the $325 or $650 to $750 paid once at move-in.
