Which apartments at Exhibit On Superior have balconies?

Which plans are the exception

Only two floor plans in the tower lack a private balcony: the 02 Convertible and the 03 Convertible. These are the units ending in 02 or 03 on floors 6 through 29, in the mid-rise and high-rise bands.

Every other plan across the studio, convertible, one-, two-, and three-bedroom lineup includes a balcony. Studios, junior convertibles, and the penthouse-level three-bedroom homes all have direct outdoor access.

How to confirm a balcony before you lease

Each residence on the Available Units page lists its floor plan, so you can match the plan name against the two balcony-free convertible stacks before you apply. The unit number tells you the line: anything ending in 02 or 03 on floors 6 through 29 is the exception.
