What is a convertible apartment at Exhibit On Superior?

Convertibles give more usable room than a studio while keeping rent below a true one-bedroom. Note that the 02 Convertible and 03 Convertible plans (units ending in 02 or 03 on floors 6–29) are the only homes without balconies.

Every convertible includes an in-home washer/dryer and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Junior convertible versus convertible

The tower offers two convertible sizes. Junior convertibles run about 450 to 478 square feet, and full convertibles are larger at about 554 square feet, so the label helps you gauge the footprint before you tour.

Both share the same finish package as the rest of the building: driftwood plank floors, quartz countertops, tiled backsplashes, and stainless-steel appliances. The difference between them is usable square footage, not the level of finish.

Do convertibles have balconies?

Most convertibles do include a private balcony, but the 02 Convertible and 03 Convertible plans are the exception. Those two stacks, on floors 6 through 29, are the only homes in the tower without a balcony.

How convertibles are priced

Convertibles slot between studios and one-bedrooms on price, so they appeal to renters who want more space than a studio without a true one-bedroom’s rent. The Utility & Service Amenity fee, which starts at $95 per month on the smaller plans, is added on top of rent.
