A convertible at Exhibit On Superior is an open floor plan larger than a studio but without a separate bedroom, with space that can be arranged as a sleeping area. Junior convertibles run about 450–478 square feet and convertibles about 554 square feet. They sit between studios and one-bedrooms in size and price. Convertibles give more usable room than a studio while keeping rent below a true one-bedroom. Note that the 02 Convertible and 03 Convertible plans (units ending in 02 or 03 on floors 6–29) are the only homes without balconies.
Every convertible includes an in-home washer/dryer and floor-to-ceiling windows.
