Yes. Exhibit On Superior offers studio apartments alongside convertible, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. Studios are among the smaller plans, near 484 square feet. Live pricing and availability for studios and every other floor plan are published on the Available Units page.
Studios and junior convertibles (about 448–484 square feet) are the most compact homes in the tower, both finished with the same quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and in-home washer/dryer as the larger plans.
