What apartment sizes does Exhibit On Superior offer?

Answer
Exhibit On Superior offers studio, convertible, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from about 448 to 1,528 square feet across floors 2 through 34. Homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows, in-home washer/dryers, and, on most plans, private balconies. Live availability and pricing for each size are on the Available Units page.
The range of floor plans
The smallest homes are junior convertibles and studios starting near 448 square feet; the largest is a three-bedroom, three-bath of 1,528 square feet on floors 30–34.
Every apartment includes driftwood plank floors, quartz countertops, tiled backsplashes, and stainless-steel appliances.
How the sizes stack up by floor band
The tower is organized into four floor bands: the podium (floors 2 through the 4M mezzanine), the mid-rise (6–16), the high-rise (17–29), and the penthouse level (30–34). There is no floor 5 in the building.
Studios run about 448 to 484 square feet, junior convertibles about 450 to 478 square feet, and full convertibles about 554 square feet. One-, two-, and three-bedroom homes climb from there, with the three-bedroom plans reaching 1,455 to 1,528 square feet on the top five floors.
Because the tower rises 34 stories, the same layout can feel different depending on its floor and its position within the building, which changes the skyline outlook through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Which size is right for me?
Renters who want the lowest rent usually start with a studio or junior convertible, while those who need a defined bedroom step up to a one-bedroom or larger. Convertibles sit in between, offering more usable space than a studio without the cost of a true one-bedroom.
The Utility & Service Amenity fee scales with plan size, from $95 per month on the smaller homes up to $195 per month on the three-bedroom residences. A leasing consultant can match a floor plan to your budget at exhibit@highlandptrs.com or 312-450-0635.
Where to see sizes and pricing
The Available Units page lists every home currently available with its floor plan, square footage, live rent, photos, and move-in date, synced automatically from the leasing system. That makes it the most accurate place to compare sizes at their current prices.
The Apartment Guide breaks down each layout in more detail, and the Photo Gallery shows the finishes in context. Together they let you narrow to a size before scheduling a tour.
