The tower is divided into four floor bands, and the outlook broadens as you climb: the podium (floors 2 through the 4M mezzanine), the mid-rise (6–16), the high-rise (17–29), and the penthouse level (30–34). There is no floor 5 in the building.

Penthouse homes on floors 30 through 34 sit at the top of the 34-story tower and offer the widest skyline outlooks. Lower and mid-rise homes still get the full floor-to-ceiling glass, with views shaped by the unit’s position on the building.
