Exhibit On Superior is not offering move-in concessions at this time. Current pricing for every available apartment appears on the Available Units page, synced live from the leasing system. To ask about future offers, contact the leasing team at exhibit@highlandptrs.com or 312-450-0635.
Concession offers change over time, so the leasing team is the best source for the current status.
Even without a special, move-in costs stay lower than many buildings because Exhibit does not collect a security deposit.
