How much is rent at Exhibit On Superior?

Reviewed by the Exhibit On Superior leasing team · Updated

Answer

Rent at Exhibit On Superior depends on the floor plan, floor, and move-in date, so there is no single number. Live pricing for every currently available apartment — studio through three-bedroom — is published on the Available Units page and synced automatically from the leasing system, with photos and move-in dates. For help matching a home to your budget, contact the leasing team at exhibit@highlandptrs.com or 312-450-0635.

Where to see live pricing

Apartments currently start at $2,271 per month for a studio/convertible residence.

The Available Units page lists every residence currently available with live rent, photos, and move-in dates. Because pricing updates automatically from the leasing system, it is always the most accurate source rather than a static rent range.

You can apply directly from any listing, or schedule a tour of a specific apartment before you decide.

What drives the price of a home

Rent tracks the floor plan and its square footage first: homes span roughly 448 to 1,528 square feet across floors 2 through 34, so a studio and a three-bedroom penthouse sit at opposite ends of the range.

Floor height also matters, because higher residences on the 30–34 penthouse levels carry the widest skyline outlooks through their floor-to-ceiling windows. Your move-in date shifts the number too, since availability changes week to week.

What is included with rent

Every apartment comes with an in-home washer and dryer, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and driftwood plank floors, so those finishes are part of the base rent rather than an upgrade.

Rent does not include the monthly Utility & Service Amenity fee of $95–$195 by floor plan, and electricity is billed separately by ComEd. Garage parking at $335 per month and storage at $25 per month are optional add-ons.

How to match a home to your budget

The clearest way to gauge rent is to compare live listings side by side on the Available Units page, since each shows the current price, floor, and move-in date for that exact residence.

For personalized help, the leasing team can suggest floor plans that fit a target monthly budget and factor in the Utility & Service Amenity fee. Reach them at exhibit@highlandptrs.com or 312-450-0635, or schedule a tour of a specific apartment.

Pricing, availability, fees, and leasing policies may change. Current unit-specific information appears on the Available Units page.
