The no-smoking policy applies to all parts of the building — every apartment, amenity floor, outdoor deck, and shared common area. There are no designated smoking areas on the premises.

Where the policy applies

Being completely smoke-free means the restriction covers indoor and outdoor spaces alike, from individual apartments to the full-floor amenity deck with its 75-foot lap pool, sauna, and fitness center. It also extends to the outdoor deck, the four grilling stations, the four fire pits, the private park, and every shared common area.

Because there are no designated smoking areas anywhere on the premises, the policy is uniform across all 298 residences and the shared spaces of the 34-story tower.

How the policy is supported

A smoke-free building keeps common areas and neighboring apartments free of drifting smoke, which supports the wellness-focused amenities such as the sauna and lap pool. A front desk staffed 24 hours a day helps keep an eye on shared spaces.

What it means for balconies and outdoor areas

Because the policy is completely smoke-free, it reaches private balconies and the shared outdoor deck as well as indoor apartments, so there is no exception for stepping outside within the property. Nearly every home has a private balcony, and none of them is a permitted smoking spot.

The same rule covers the amenity floor’s outdoor spaces, including the four grilling stations and four fire pits, which otherwise stay available year-round outside the 10pm to 6am quiet hours.
