Storage versus complimentary bike storage

Two separate options exist for keeping gear out of your unit. Paid on-site storage runs $25 per month for general belongings, while bike storage on the ground floor is provided at no additional charge for residents who ride.

River North is compact and flat, so many residents cycle to the Loop, the Chicago River paths, and nearby grocery stores rather than drive, which makes the free bike room a practical everyday amenity.

How storage fits your monthly budget

The $25 storage charge is optional and billed monthly on top of rent, the Utility & Service Amenity fee of $95–$195 by floor plan, and any garage parking at $335 per month. There is no security deposit at the building.

Because inventory is limited and rented as it becomes available, ask the leasing office about a specific storage unit when you apply rather than assuming one is open. Electricity is billed separately by ComEd and is unrelated to storage.

Can I add storage after I move in?

Storage can be added when a unit is open, not only at lease signing, but availability drives timing, so a space may not be free the moment you want one. The leasing office tracks current inventory.
