Renters insurance with minimum liability-to-landlord (LLI) coverage of $300,000 is required for the lease term.

There is no security deposit; the main one-time charges are the $60 application fee per applicant and the $500 non-refundable administration fee per apartment. Live rent and move-in dates for each home appear on the Available Units page, synced automatically from the leasing system.
