Do apartments at Exhibit On Superior have in-unit laundry?

Answer
Yes. In-home washer/dryers are a standard feature in every apartment at Exhibit On Superior. The dryer runs on natural gas, which is covered by the monthly Utility & Service Amenity fee. No shared laundry room or coin machines are needed.
Because the dryer uses natural gas, that cost is bundled into the Utility & Service Amenity fee rather than billed separately.
Water and sewer used by the washer are also covered by that fee, so laundry adds no metered utility cost.
In-home laundry in every plan
The washer and dryer are standard in every apartment, from the smallest studio near 448 square feet to the three-bedroom penthouse homes at 1,528 square feet. No resident has to rely on a shared laundry room or feed coins into a machine.
Having the machines in-home means you can do laundry on your own schedule, including during the 10pm to 6am quiet hours, without leaving your apartment.
What laundry costs to run
The gas the dryer uses, plus the water and sewer the washer draws, are all folded into the monthly Utility & Service Amenity fee, which runs $95 to $195 depending on floor plan. There is no separate metered charge for a load of laundry.
Electricity is the one home utility billed separately, directly by ComEd, so the small amount the washer and dryer draw electrically appears on that bill. Confirm what your plan’s fee covers with the leasing team at exhibit@highlandptrs.com or 312-450-0635.
Do I need to visit a laundry room?
No. Because every home has its own washer and dryer, there is no shared laundry room and no need to carry loads down a hallway or wait for an open machine. Laundry stays inside your apartment.
That in-home setup also means no coins or laundry cards, since the running costs are already bundled into the Utility & Service Amenity fee rather than charged per load.
