What credit score do you need to rent at Exhibit On Superior?

Exhibit On Superior requires a minimum credit score of 700 to qualify without a co-signer, or 600+ with a qualified co-signer. Qualified co-signers are accepted. For questions about screening, contact the leasing team at exhibit@highlandptrs.com or 312-450-0635.
Applicants at or above 700 can qualify on their own; those between 600 and 700 can qualify with a qualified co-signer.
Screening is handled through the AppFolio leasing system, and approval typically takes one to three business days.
