Indoor amenities at Exhibit On Superior are open 24/7. Outdoor amenities close during quiet hours, 10pm to 6am. The pool and hot tub are seasonal — the pool closes in late September and the hot tub closes at the first snowfall — while the grilling stations and fire pits are available year-round. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
The 24/7 indoor access covers the fitness center, sauna, work rooms, and lounges. Outdoor spaces, including the deck, pool area, grills, and fire pits, observe the 10pm–6am quiet hours.
For amenity space reservations, the Party Room is bookable through the management office at $50 per hour.
