What are the amenity hours at Exhibit On Superior?

The 24/7 indoor access covers the fitness center, sauna, work rooms, and lounges. Outdoor spaces, including the deck, pool area, grills, and fire pits, observe the 10pm–6am quiet hours.

For amenity space reservations, the Party Room is bookable through the management office at $50 per hour.

Indoor versus outdoor access

Indoor amenities never close: the fitness center with its two private training rooms, the sauna and wet lounge, the tech lounge, the work and meeting rooms, and the fireplace lounge are all open 24/7. That means a late-night workout or an early-morning call is always possible.

Outdoor amenities pause overnight for quiet hours from 10pm to 6am. The outdoor deck, the 75-foot lap pool area, the four grilling stations, and the four fire pits all fall under that window.

What about seasonal closures?

Two outdoor amenities are seasonal. The lap pool closes in late September, and the outdoor hot tub stays open until the first snowfall, so their hours shift with the Chicago weather.

Is the building staffed overnight?

Yes. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so there is coverage for packages, questions, and building access at any hour. That around-the-clock staffing pairs with the 24/7 indoor amenities.
