What to Have Ready

  • Application & admin fees

    The application fee is $60 per applicant (each adult applies separately), plus a one-time $500 administration fee per apartment — refunded in full if the application is denied. Security deposit: $0.

  • Documents

    Have a state or federal government-issued photo ID ready. Renters insurance with minimum liability-to-landlord coverage of $300,000 is required before move-in.

  • Screening

    Every adult on the lease is screened individually (credit and background). A minimum credit score of 700 is required, or 600+ with a qualified co-signer.

  • Timeline

    Approval typically takes 1–3 business days. Complete applications — all applicants submitted, documents in hand — review fastest.
