Yes. The Loop is roughly a mile south of Exhibit On Superior — about a 20-minute walk, or one short ride on the Brown Line from the Chicago station toward the Loop. The building sits at 165 W Superior St in River North, with two CTA rail stations within about a half mile.
A mile puts downtown offices, theaters, and Millennium Park within an easy walk or single transit trip.
The Brown and Purple Lines at Chicago & Franklin run directly toward the Loop, so a one-stop ride is an option in bad weather.
