How do I schedule a tour of Exhibit On Superior?

Booking from a specific available residence lets you tour the exact home you are considering.

The leasing office is open Monday through Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 10am–5pm for showings and questions; it is closed on Sunday.

What to see on a tour

A tour typically covers both an apartment and the full-floor amenity deck, which includes a 75-foot lap pool, an outdoor hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness center with two private training rooms. You can also walk the private park, the work and meeting rooms, and the outdoor deck with four grilling stations and four fire pits.

Homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows, in-home washer/dryers, quartz countertops, and, on most plans, private balconies, so touring in person shows the finishes and skyline outlooks that vary by floor across the 34-story tower.

Can I tour without visiting first?

Yes. The Virtual Tour page has video and Matterport previews of apartment homes and amenity spaces, which is useful for out-of-town renters deciding what to book. You can preview remotely, then reserve an in-person showing of a specific available apartment from the Available Units page.

Because listings sync automatically from the leasing system, choosing a specific unit early helps you tour it before it is leased. If you would rather talk first, the leasing team answers by phone and email during office hours, Monday through Saturday.
