Do I need a car to live here?

No. The building sits about two blocks from the CTA Chicago Brown/Purple Line station and roughly 0.3 miles from the Red Line, with the #66 Chicago Avenue bus one block north.

Complimentary ground-floor bike storage is also included, so residents can charge an EV, ride a bike, or ride transit depending on the trip.

Groceries like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Jewel-Osco are within about a half mile, so many residents drive only occasionally.
