Living in the Convertible
The 554 sq ft Convertible runs up the east side of the tower from floor 6 to 29. It is larger than either Jr. Convertible: the sheet shows a dedicated sleeping alcove off the main room, so the bed sits in its own pocket rather than in the living space — closer to a junior one-bedroom than a studio.
East-facing glass fills the home with morning sunlight. This is one of the tower’s two balcony-free stacks (units ending in 02, floors 6–29), which typically prices it below balcony plans of similar size — worth knowing if outdoor space matters less to you than the monthly number. In-home laundry and a foyer entry are standard.
