Exhibit’s fifth-floor amenities include an outdoor lap pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and private work rooms. At Superior and Wells, the River North location is near CTA service and the Chicago Riverwalk.

The required $165 monthly Utility and Service Amenity Fee covers water, sewer, trash, heat, air conditioning, and natural gas for cooking and the clothes dryer. One-time fees are $500 administrative per apartment and $60 application per applicant. Electricity and internet are paid separately.
